An article-test conducted in the framework of the European AskREACH project (financed by the LIFE programme of the Union) revealed high levels of harmful substances in artificial Christmas trees, Christmas balls and light chains.

The launch of the consumer App developed in the framework of the EU LIFE AskREACH project, in collaboration with the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg and the IT for Innovative Services (ITIS) department of Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology has begun.

The REACH & CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg and the Chamber of Crafts Luxembourg are organizing a lunch meeting on the obligations related to chemical substances in articles.

As part of the AskREACH project, a report on the awareness and the communication on SVHCs in articles has just been published.

The REACH & CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg organised a training event for companies on the supplier front end of the AskREACH system. The event took place at the premises of Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) on June 19th.
