Although the management of information on substances in articles (SiA) remains a challenge for many companies around Europe, some are proactively tackling communication issues and have made changes in their organisation’s procurement policy or allocated resources towards SiA related communications.  

To reward these efforts, the Life AskREACH project is giving awards for companies that are at the forefront in terms of SiA communications along the supply chain or towards their clients, especially when it comes to communicating about substances of very high concern (SVHCs) in articles.

Apply for the AskREACH company awards by May 31st 2022 here. Details of your application will only be visible to the award jury.

You can apply for an award as either: 1. Most SVHC aware retailer, or 2. Best supply chain communicator. More details on eligibility criteria as well as the terms and conditions can be found on the website here (available in several languages)

The LIFE project AskREACH aims to help consumers and companies to apply consumers’ “Right to Know” about SVHCs in everyday goods by raising awareness among the two stakeholder groups on these substances, as well as by providing tools for an efficient management of SVHC communications.
